Section 2257 of Title 18 of the United States Code is a federal law that requires producers of sexually explicit visual content to maintain records verifying that all performers were at least 18 years of age at the time of production. This law was designed to combat the exploitation of minors and ensure that all adult content involves exclusively adults. Compliance with this law is mandatory for any person or company that produces, manages, or distributes sexually explicit visual content in the United States.
FansVault VIP complies with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. All creators represented by FansVault VIP have verified that they are 18 years of age or older at the time of production of any visual content depicting actual sexually explicit conduct.
Before accepting any creator into our management program, we require identity verification with a government-issued photo ID confirming the applicant is at least 18 years of age. This verification is performed during the application process and before any content is published through our management services.
FansVault VIP maintains age verification records for all managed creators in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 requirements. These records include: the creator's full legal name, date of birth, copy of government-issued photo identification, and any other names used by the creator (including stage names and aliases).
The designated custodian of records for FansVault VIP is responsible for maintaining all records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Records are available for inspection during normal business hours at the company's registered address. For 2257 compliance inquiries, contact: [email protected]
FansVault VIP is not the primary producer of content created by the creators it manages. Individual creators are responsible for their own 2257 compliance regarding content they produce. However, as part of our management services, we assist our creators in maintaining proper compliance and keep records as required by law.
FansVault VIP operates as a talent management agency and does not directly produce sexually explicit content. Our role is to manage, promote, and optimize our creators' accounts on third-party platforms. Each platform (OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue) maintains its own age verification procedures and 2257 compliance protocols.
