By accessing and using the services of FansVault VIP ("the Agency"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
FansVault VIP provides account management services for content creators on platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, and Fanvue. Our services include, but are not limited to: account management, social media growth strategy, identity protection, DMCA services, and revenue optimization.
The management fee ranges from 50-70% of gross revenue generated through managed platforms. Payments are processed once per month. New accounts may take up to 60 days to receive their first payment. Specific payment terms will be detailed in the individual management agreement signed between the Agency and the Creator.
The Creator retains full ownership of all content created. The Agency obtains a limited license to distribute and promote content solely for account management and audience growth purposes.
All personal information provided during the application process and during the management relationship is kept strictly confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your express consent.
Either party may terminate the management relationship with 30 days written notice after the initial 90-day commitment period. The Creator retains full ownership of all their accounts at all times.
FansVault VIP does not guarantee specific revenue results. Results vary based on multiple factors including content quality, niche, and market conditions. Testimonials presented represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future results.
